Illusion Farm Proudly PresentsSiberian Cats Is there simply not enough room in your den, family room or living room for a draft horse??? Consider a Siberian cat.
Illusion Farm offers a nice selection of quality bred TICA registered kittens.
We have a wide color selection. We take great pride in the socialization each
kitten receives to ensure they have a smooth transition into their new homes.
We guarantee the health of each kitten that leaves here. They have age
appropriate deworming and vaccinations. You can be assured that we have top of
the line bred cats. We strongly feel you only get the best by breeding the
best. This means we can offer you a kitten that is as close a representative
of the breed as we can produce. When you buy a Siberian you want it to look
like one. We are most grateful to our good friend and mentor Barbara Roberts
of Varina Siberians on letting her foundation move to Illusion Farm. The Siberian is a domestic cat breed from Russia. The cat, that has similarities with the Maine Coon and Norwegian Forest Cat, is a natural breed and the national cat of Russia. It is said to be hypo-allergenic and produces less Fel d1 than other cat breeds. History The cat was first mentioned in a book by Harrison Wier, which included information of the earliest cat shows in England in 1871. The cat was first imported to the United States in 1990, and despite the popularity, the breed is slightly rare in the US.
Characteristics
Body Known to be an exceptionally agile jumper, the Siberian is a strong and powerfully built cat, with strong hindquarters and large, well rounded paws. They have barrel chests and medium sized ears, broad foreheads, and stockier builds than other cats.
